Jonas Höglund

Change doesn’t start with doing more — it starts with understanding how your mind works.

My name is Jonas Höglund, and when I discovered hypnosis at the age of forty-five, something finally clicked.

I realized why personal development had always felt harder than it should — I had been trying to change my mind intellectually, when real change happens in the subconscious.

I have a degree in Business and Economics, several years of studies in Natural Sciences from Uppsala University, and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from the University of Gothenburg.

And for many years, I owned and managed two hotels and five restaurants — the last one I sold in 2012.

After that, I spent eleven years living in the Swedish mountains, working as a ski guide and running my own snow-kite school in Åre.
Those years taught me a lot about freedom, focus, and human potential.

Today, I work as a coach and mental trainer, using hypnosis and NLP as my main tools.

What I discovered was that I had been trying to change the brain through logic and reasoning — but transformation happens deeper, in the subconscious mind.

It’s our patterns we need to reprogram.

Because even when we know exactly how we should think, feel, or act — that’s not always what we do.

When there’s a struggle between your intellect and your subconscious, your subconscious will always win.

For years, I tried to meditate with mixed results.
Then I learned self-hypnosis — and boom — suddenly I could enter trance in just a few minutes.

It felt like a superpower.

And I think that’s because I have an active mind that loves to solve problems.
Instead of trying to empty my head, I gave it something meaningful to work on.

Hypnosis, I’ve found, is the ability to solve problems without interfering intellectually.

But enough about me — because this is really about you.

What do you want to change? What patterns do you want to rewrite so that your conscious and subconscious mind work in the same direction?

All change has to happen in your mind.
I’m the one who helps you find the way there — as your guide and as your coach.
