Booking and Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Jonas Hoglund Coach! Please review my booking and cancellation policies to ensure a smooth experience.
- Reservations:
- Prepaid Only: All reservations must be prepaid at the time of booking. I do not accept deposits or hold spots without full payment.
- Payments and Refunds:
- Non-Refundable Reservations: Paid reservations are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Exceptional Refunds: Requests for refunds due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, significant personal emergencies) will be reviewed and may be granted at my discretion.
- Rescheduling:
- Flexible Rescheduling: You may reschedule your reservation up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty.
- How to Reschedule: To reschedule, please use the online page to cancel and then schedule a new time.
- Cancellations:
- Advance Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the session start time will not incur any charges, and your prepaid amount will be held for future use or refunded upon request.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session must be verified through email or a phone call. Acceptable reasons for late cancellations include illness, personal emergencies, or other significant unforeseen events.
- Verification Required: Please provide appropriate documentation or evidence for late cancellation requests to be considered for a refund or rescheduling.
- No-Shows:
- Forfeiture of Payment: Failure to show up for your scheduled session without any prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your prepaid amount.
