Are you afraid of embarrassing yourself?

Social anxiety or worry can make us feel uncomfortable or avoid certain situations. Maybe you recognize yourself in one or more of the following statements:

  • A fear of saying the wrong thing or embarrassing yourself in front of others

  • A strong awareness of how you’re perceived

  • A tendency to avoid meetings, dinners, or social settings

  • Difficulty maintaining eye contact and an impulse to look away
  • Physical discomfort when attention is directed at you

  • Worrying in advance about social situations

  • A need to analyze afterward what was said and how you came across

  • A habit of holding back even though you actually want to say something

And these thoughts and feelings are learned patterns that can be broken.

Hypnosis helps you break deep patterns

Hypnosis isn’t about losing control.
It’s a focused and safe state where you’re fully aware—but can work directly with the patterns that otherwise run you on autopilot.

Here’s what the process looks like

Session 1
We set the agenda and goals, introduce hypnosis, and begin the process. We start from your challenges and what you want to change in your life.

Sessions 2–3
We work with the unconscious patterns that get activated in different situations, adjusting them so they no longer control your thoughts, behaviors, and feelings.

Sessions 4–5
We shift focus to how you want to act going forward in your role, build new skills, and reinforce the new behaviors so they become your natural new way of being.

Session 6
We follow up, evaluate, and fine-tune so nothing is left behind that keeps getting in the way.

My goal

The goal is for you to get effective, focused support so that after the process you feel calmer and more relaxed. So you can act more clearly and confidently in your role, both professionally and privately.

About me

My name is Jonas Höglund, and I work with personal development for leaders, coaches, and people who see the value in changing old patterns.

Most people who come to me know logically there’s nothing to be afraid of—but still experience that a part of them takes over in certain situations.

As a hypnosis coach, I help you change the patterns behind those reactions, so you don’t just understand them—you notice a real difference in how you think, feel, and act.

I’ve worked professionally with hypnosis since 2020 and met people who’ve struggled with everything from social anxiety and self-criticism to deeper trauma and fears.

Before becoming a coach, I ran four restaurants and two hotels with up to 100 employees. So I know how performance, expectations, and responsibility affect us in everyday life.

When I experienced the change that’s possible when you work with unconscious patterns, I wanted to help others make the same journey.

Today I work fully online and help people all over the world create real, lasting change.
