Why hypnosis-based coaching?

Many of my clients feel like they are being hijacked by some part of their brain. They know what they should be able to handle, should feel, or should do, yet they don’t do it.

That’s because some part of their brain wants something different. That part is called the subconscious.

And it is that part that needs to change how it works, and we do that most effectively through hypnosis.

Because that is the state in which the brain most easily reprograms negative patterns.

This means that hypnosis is for everyone, regardless of the change they want to make!

Examples of when the subconscious takes over

✅ You are uncomfortable (maybe terrified) to speak in front of a group or in meetings even though you know you can

✅ You postpone things you know are important, even when the consequences are clear

✅ You get an uncomfortable feeling that is triggered in specific relationships – professional or private

✅ You lose your calm or clarity in the presence of certain people

✅ You react more strongly than you want in certain situations, sometimes you can even see the unreasonableness of your reaction

✅ You eat, drink, and exercise poorly or have addictions that you rationally know are negative, yet you continue

I know many people think it’s about ignorance or poor discipline.

That’s not true.
It’s about automatic patterns that take over in the moment.

When old patterns are released, it becomes easier to function as you want

When your subconscious changes its automatic patterns, several things often happen at the same time:

  • You release negative thoughts and feelings that have prevented you from being and acting as you want
  • You feel calmer and more collected in situations that previously stressed you
  • You start living more like the person you want to be and enjoy
  • You experience more stability and presence in everyday life

For most of the people I work with, the change is experienced as clear and often unexpectedly (for the client 😉) large.

Old patterns simply stop being activated, without them really being able to pinpoint how it happened – just that it no longer happens.

Why hypnosis works

Most (I say all) of our reactions and behaviors that cause problems for us are not governed by logical thinking.
If they did, we would have no problems on earth.

They are governed by patterns that we have acquired without noticing or thinking they are needed.
And they are created quickly, and activated quickly, often before you have time to think.

Hypnosis is a way to work directly with these patterns.
And quite honestly, it’s a little different, because in our culture there is an idea that we should consciously fix things. And that’s wrong, because I have helped hundreds of people who have tried to intellectually change their thoughts, and time and time again I hear that hypnosis has been the most effective method.

Because when we create change on a deeper level, it goes… deeper.
That’s why change usually happens quickly and is perceived as unexpectedly clear.
Not because something “magical” happens – but because the right part of the brain gets the opportunity to release what is no longer needed.

Hypnosis does not replace responsibility or conscious choices – but not in the way you think.
You still need to make a conscious choice and take responsibility for ensuring that your future patterns are better than the ones you are not happy with today. Taking responsibility for your subconscious’s change.

My name is Jonas Höglund, and I work with hypnosis-based coaching to help people release old patterns and function better in everyday life.

Before I started working with coaching, I ran several companies with over a hundred employees.

I was wrong!

In my work, the focus is not on motivation or superficial advice, but on creating deeper change that is actually noticeable in how you think, react, and act.

Today, I work 100% online with clients in various roles and contexts, and help to create the bridge between your consciousness and subconscious to create the change you want.
