Some people book a free consultation call, others call or email me directly. If you're already sure, you can book and pay for a session right away.

Book a consultation call

Consultation call or book directly?
Most people start with a consultation call over Zoom.
During the call, we get clear on your situation and see whether personal coaching is the right way forward for you.
If you're ready to get started right away, you can book and pay for a session or a package using the form further down.
Choose between a package of three sessions, a first in-depth 90-minute session, or, if we've already worked together, a follow-up session.
If you have questions or just want to get a feel for things first, you're always welcome to email, call, or sign up for the mailing list.
- Single 90-minute session: 2,900 SEK
- Multiple sessions: 3 sessions from 4,800 SEK, which is usually what's needed
I usually recommend starting with three sessions, and if that's all you need, that's fantastic. If we see that more sessions would be valuable, that's of course an option too.
My goal is to make the process as effective as possible, so we make the best use of your time.
