Booking coaching is a commitment, both for you and for me.

This refund and rescheduling policy is in place to create clarity, security, and fairness for all clients.

Here you will find information about the terms that apply if you need to move or cancel a session, and what happens in the event of late cancellations or missed visits.

The aim is that you should always know what applies – so that we can put all our energy into your results and your development.

Reservations

Advance payment only: All bookings must be paid in advance at the time of booking. I do not accept deposits or hold places without full payment.

Payments and refunds

Non-refundable bookings: Paid bookings are generally non-refundable. However, under exceptional circumstances, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptional refunds: Requests for refunds due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, significant personal emergencies) will be reviewed and may be granted depending on the situation.

Rescheduling

Flexible rescheduling: You can reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty.

How to reschedule: To reschedule, use the link in the confirmation email and select a new time.

Cancellations

Advance cancellations: Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the start time of the session will not incur any charges, and your prepaid amount will be held for future use or refunded upon request. Use the link in the confirmation email to cancel.

Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours before the session must be verified via email or a phone call. Acceptable reasons for late cancellations include illness, personal emergencies, or other significant unforeseen events.

Verification required: Upon request, documentation of late cancellation is required to be considered for refund or rescheduling.

Missed appointments

Forfeiture of payment: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notice, your prepaid amount will be forfeited.
