How to feel confident presenting, selling, and socializing
I help leaders, coaches, and business owners feel more confident speaking in front of others: in social settings like mingling and networking events, in sales calls, or in presentations to colleagues, clients, and boards.

Maybe you recognize this: you're standing in a room full of people at a conference, and you know you should walk over and introduce yourself, but something in you holds back. Or you're in a sales call and feel your pulse rise the moment it's time to talk price. Or you've just finished a presentation for the management team, and instead of feeling satisfied, you spend the rest of the evening replaying every word you said.
The problem is rarely that you're bad at your job. You've gotten this far on your own merit. The problem is that at some point, some part of your brain learned that certain feelings were helpful, but today they only hold you back.
Three ways anxiety tends to show up
Many of my clients "handle" difficult situations in one of three ways. Sometimes more than one. How is it for you?
Nervous beforehand
You already know the day before that you're leading the meeting, presenting to the board, or making that sales call. The moment it shows up in your calendar, a weight settles in your stomach. You prepare over and over, far more than the situation really calls for, trying to feel confident enough to go through with it.
Then when it's time to present, you're calm and it all goes fine, and yet it's the same story every time: nervous right up until you start.
Nervous during
You're calm and collected beforehand, well prepared, and then right in the moment, when all eyes are on you, it happens: your voice shakes, your thoughts blank out for a second, your hands go sweaty. From the outside it might barely show, while inside it just feels awful.
Maybe it happens often, maybe only sometimes.
Crashes afterward
Some people have no anxiety beforehand, not during, but then, once the presentation is done or the call is over, the adrenaline hits and you're sitting there shaking, and afterward you can't remember what happened or what the next person said.
For some, it's the aftermath that drains all the energy and pulls focus away from what actually matters.
How we change it
Hypnosis, in this context, is a structured way of working with mental patterns. And contrary to what many think, you're awake and aware the whole time.
Hypnosis coaching is about updating old reactions, not about losing control.
What makes the difference is the role the body and emotions play in how we learn and change, something hypnosis has worked with for over a hundred years.
The process
It's a two-month process with six sessions in total.
Between sessions, you get short, concrete exercises that reinforce the change. The main work happens in our sessions together.
Here's roughly how it can look, keep in mind that everyone and every situation is unique, so the process can vary from person to person.
Session 1
We set the agenda and goals, introduce hypnosis, and get the process started.
Sessions 2–3
We work with the unconscious patterns that get triggered in different situations.
Sessions 4–5
We shift focus to how you want to act going forward in your role, and build up new abilities.
Session 6
Follow-up, evaluation, and fine-tuning.
Each session is 60 minutes.
My goal
My goal is for you to get the most effective help possible, so you feel calmer and more relaxed afterward. And can act more clearly and confidently in your role, both at work and in your personal life.

Frequently asked questions
Will I lose control during hypnosis?
No. You're awake and aware the whole time, and you can always choose to stop. It's not about being controlled, it's about working with the patterns that are already controlling you automatically.
I'm only nervous in certain situations, like big presentations or board meetings. Does this still help?
Yes, that's exactly the kind of situation-specific pattern hypnosis coaching is good at working with. Most people I meet feel confident day to day but get tense in exactly the moments where it shows the most.
How many sessions are usually needed?
It varies, but many of the leaders, coaches, and business owners I work with feel more confident speaking after just a few sessions. We'll go through your situation on the discovery call.
Does this work even if I'm already doing well, but want to feel even more confident?
Yes, absolutely. Many of my clients already come across well on the outside, but want it to stop costing them so much energy on the inside.
Is this confidential, given my role?
Yes. What we talk about stays between us, just like with any professional conversation.
Can the company cover the cost?
Yes, that's common. If you book as a leader, coach, or business owner, I'll of course invoice the company directly.
Want to find out how you could deliver at a whole different level?
If any of this sounds familiar, and you're curious whether hypnosis coaching can help you speak with more confidence, in social settings, sales calls, or presentations, we always start with a free, no-obligation discovery call. If you book through your company, I'll of course invoice you directly.
