Lectures on Mental Strength, Focus, and Change
I give talks and presentations for organizations and teams that want a deeper understanding of how the brain works under pressure – and how to create better conditions for focus, recovery, and mental steadiness in everyday work.

What the talks are about
My talks focus on how we function mentally when demands are high, why we get stuck in habitual patterns, and how we can influence our inner state in challenging situations.
The content is based on my work with hypnotherapy coaching, my background as an entrepreneur, and my experience working with people in roles where stress, responsibility, and decision-making are part of everyday life.
Example topics
• Mental strength when the demands are high
• Stress, worry, and recovery
• Focus and decision-making
• How mental patterns affect performance
• How the brain reacts in stressful situations
All talks are adapted to the audience and context.
Experience and context
I am at an early stage of my speaking career, but I have already held talks where topics such as stress, worry, and mental focus have been central.
One of these assignments was for the Swedish Armed Forces, where I gave a lecture on how the brain functions in situations of threat and uncertainty, and how to manage strong emotions under pressure.
My background as an entrepreneur in the restaurant and hotel industry has also given me a practical understanding of pace, responsibility, and decision-making in demanding environments.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can the lecture be adapted to our business?
Yes. All lectures are adapted to your organization, target group, and context.
It may be about leadership, stress, focus, mental strength, or how we get stuck in mental patterns – but always with examples and perspectives that are relevant to your everyday life.
The lecture can be more in-depth, serve as an inspiration, or be used to set the tone and create the right atmosphere for a conference, team day, or change initiative.
How long is a lecture?
The length is adapted to your situation and what you want to achieve.
In some cases, a shorter inspirational lecture is best, while other contexts require more time for reflection, dialogue, and immersion. We will discuss the setup together and adjust the length and content accordingly.
Do you give lectures on-site or online?
I give lectures both on-site and online.
Which format is best depends on your organization, target group, and practical conditions. Both formats work well, and the content is always adapted to how the lecture is conducted.
How do you book a lecture?
Start by contacting us via email or phone and we will book a meeting where you can tell us more about your organization, your needs, and the context in which the lecture will be included.
Based on that, I will suggest a setup that suits you.
How much does a lecture cost?
The price depends on several factors, such as setup, length, format (on-site or online), and any travel.
I, therefore, always provide a price after a dialogue, so that you get a setup that matches your needs and conditions.
Prices from 18,000 SEK excl. VAT.
What do you need from us before the lecture?
Before the lecture, I need a brief picture of your organization, target group, and the purpose of the lecture.
It helps me to adapt the content, examples, and tone so that the lecture is relevant and accurate for you.
Otherwise, no special preparations are required on your part.
Is the lecture suitable for both leaders and employees?
Yes. The lecture can be adapted for leaders, teams, and larger groups.
The content is adjusted depending on whether the focus is on leadership, work environment, performance, stress, or personal development.
Is there an opportunity for dialogue or questions during the lecture?
Yes. The lecture can be carried out as a pure inspiration session or with elements of dialogue and reflection, depending on what best suits your context.
We'll talk about it in the planning.
Do you give lectures in Swedish or English?
I am happy to give lectures in both Swedish and English.
Can you try hypnosis during the lecture?
Yes, there may be simpler experience-based elements that give an understanding of how hypnosis works in practice.
It is not necessarily about "hypnotizing" someone on stage, but about showing in a safe and voluntary way how focus, attention, and mental states can be affected.
All such moments are always optional and adapted to the context, target group, and what feels appropriate for your particular lecture.
